The staff in general needs improvement in many areas. I would also like to mention that if your disabled your going to find getting around this hotel difficult. I was told go find the free cart in the casino, why? Unbelievable. The food is expensive and not very good at all. It was difficult to pull them open we both thought they were locked. There is only 2 drawers in each room that's it along with small closet that's if you can open the door to it. then they built this cheap looking box around it which could echo sound into the next room. the speakers face the wall behind it, not toward the person watching. Since I'm very hard of hearing I turned up the TV a little and they sent a security guard to my room in minutes telling another me guest complained.
Took the staff 2 hours to fix these problems. When I did get to the room I had some difficulty with the keycard not working, then the television did not work at all. The staff just stood there, no help at all with my luggage. Upon arrival the entry was blocked with Several cars which made it hard to maneuver around them.
the service was awful to the say the least. This hotel is not very friendly towards people with disabilities.
